The canvas arrived earlier than than I expected.The only thing that I was not expecting was having to pay duty on the shipment. There appeared to be no way to submit the names of the couple to be included in the artwork. Amazon was helpful in contacting the seller to make it happen. The artwork arrived later than expected, but with Covid, that is to be expected. The couple receiving the artwork stated it was well packaged and the names were correct. They stated the artwork was very nice. I asked the couple abut the size and was told the artwork was approximately 8x10. Not sure if the wrong size was ordered but the description stated it was 18x10. Anyhow, the couple liked the gift even though it was smaller than advertised.The canvas was received quicker than expected and is prettier than shown online. I purchased it personalized for a wedding gift and they both absolutley love it! I would reccomend this product and seller!!!We purchased the 30" x 20" Heart in Heart and my wife absolutely loved it as an anniversary gift. My wife says it is so well made, easy to install as the hanging hardware is already on the frame and the colours are so vibrant. I am very pleased that she is happy with this gift and it really surpassed my expectations. I would buy this again and will recommend this company to friends and family if they are looking for quality pictures. Shipped and arrived quickly too!This product is really ridiculous! Everything is disappointing. From broken frames and ‘plastic’ that covers the Picture by Inkjet paper. Picture color is not vibrant. The details said, Cotton/Canvas. No it wasn't! The cardboard is damaged, the picture is not even stick to it. I placed the order in August 02 and received September 7. With those days of waiting this is what I got. Never never again from this seller!!This is a disaster!
